The Origin of ComSci's Philosophy
ComSci, in the role of supplier of management contractor services and capitalization assistance, has learned, over time, to respect and trust its Client's executives and their characteristic entrepreneurship, work ethic and dedication to quality. The firm has the highest regard for these entrepreneur's remarkable ability to stand up to the unrelenting and often completely unfair pressure that comes with the job. ComSci's credibility with Client executives comes from its own background of front-line leadership experience in the arcane and non-textbook characteristics of start-ups, and in the day to day running of under capitalized and under resourced businesses.

• The world's Silicon Valley's have an abundance of excellent technologies that ; "could make hundreds of millions".... , typical remark of a new techy type entreprenuer .... At the same time there is a fundamental and structural shortage of the kinds of managers who have the basic business skills required to execute these dreams.


• Good corporations, for both logical and illogical reasons, sometimes fall off the capitalization track and become non-bankable. Restoration can be difficult and often is impossible.
