Over 10 years of positions served as a Policy-making Board Member, an Executive Officer, and as a General Manager for state-owned and private Corporations, both for profit and non-profit organizations. These positions were served, in USA. and in overseas.

A succinct case-in-point is the example of having served successfully, as a Fulcrum Executive, is the instance where able to be seamlessly carried out a lengthy and Hands-On service as the Accounting and Tax Manager for both non-profit and for profit corporations. We were able to:

• Maintain the School's accounting system and saw to the keeping of the School books and records with respect to all School transactions and assets


• Set up subsidiaries for the School, in terms of accounting systems, regulatory and reporting system, prepared tax returns for these subsidiaries, (both Incorporated and LLC types)


• Managed operating cash flow, client billings, collections, and payables.


• Managed the School's payroll and benefit plans. Handled in-house payroll and its mandatory reporting, payroll taxes well


• Tax planning and compliance with all federal, state, and local corporate, payrolls, and other applicable taxes, of monthly, quarterly, and annual tax returns.


• File all tax returns including 5527, 990, 5500, 5578, and other common IRS tax forms.
